Dogs looking for new homes

As we’re still quite little right now (from what we aim to be), we’ll generally have half a dozen or so dogs available at any one time, but if you are looking for an addition to your family and have a specific dog in mind then please contact us with your requirements, as we have many rescue contacts who can almost certainly help!

Currently we have these gorgeous dogs looking for a new family to call their own:

Our gorgeous Bruno was a very depressed, emaciated lad when he was taken from the pound, just before he was to be put to sleep. As you can see from these pictures, he has come on in leaps and bounds. We estimate him to be two, possibly three years old, he’s a boxer cross who just loves people, children and other dogs. Bruno has just had to be moved to kennels, which we’re devastated about as we’ve never done that before, even though the kennels have BRILLIANT, very caring people who adore the animals. As I’ve just had an operation though I had no choice, but I need more than ever his forever home to get in touch now!

Please call on 07887 426997 or contact us straight away if you think he could be the dog for you – he has so much to give, all he wants is someone to love him, who will take him for lovely walks and give him a sofa to lie on, and maybe even a playmate or two. Bruno is castrated, fully vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated, and also has lifetime support. Currently in Walsall, West Midlands but can be rehomed anywhere, to the right home. Low rehoming fee of only £80, he’s obviously worth much more but needs his forever home now.

Meet Angel, our darling staffy x girl we rescued back in May, rehomed in June supposedly to her forever home, but had to be taken back again in August – nothing to do with her, just due to a change in circumstances of the new owner. After various foster homes who have loved her but could not keep her, she is looking for her VERY LAST forever home – please help her find it as she’s now had to go to kennels with Bruno! We know she is great with cats (as she’s lived with more than a dozen!), other dogs, and has also lived very happily with two young children. She’s probably 11/12 months old now, vaccinated, microchipped and as she has only recently finished her season she will be neutered by us in a couple of months, covered in the rehoming donation of £100.

She is a really gorgeous, well-behaved girl considering she’s still basically a older puppy, and is approx big staffy size. She is still loving learning new things and would benefit from further training or classes, she knows sit, down, dead, paw, wait for food, stay (ish!), and is obviously house trained. She needs a lovely home, ideally with another doggy friend or somewhere she will be socialised with others regularly, most importantly she needs a family who will give her lots of love, play and cuddles – could you be the perfect forever home she soooo deserves and needs? She hasn’t had the luckiest of starts, so now needs to find the best home possible with no further delay! Please message us here, email or call or text 07887 426997 any time if interested.

Delilah, a beautiful greyhound girl. She is literally the most loving dog you could ever come across, as you can see 🙂 She has recently been neutered so is now available as soon as her perfect home gets in touch! Please contact us to show your interest and arrange to meet her, with a view to reserving her.

Storm, a very pretty 18 month old lurcher (her dad was a greyhound; mum a whippet/collie x), waiting to be neutered in the very near future, she is available to meet (she’s with us in Walsall) and reserve right now. A really lovely and affectionate older puppy (if extremely cheeky with it!), with pretty good manners already, brilliant on the lead and completely house-trained, please get in touch now to show your interest in this stunningly cute girl.

Shadow, who is the brother of Storm, quite obviously as you can see he is almost identical! He has now been castrated so is available; at this moment we are still deciding whether or not to re-home this pair together. They generally absolutely love each other, I have loads of pictures where they are lying almost on top of each other, but on occasion their play does get a bit out of hand! This is probably because they are like typical teenage siblings right now, they do love our other dogs too, so I guess we will see who comes forward. Please contact us for more information and to make his cheeky acquaintance!

We are told of other dogs needing homes all the time, so if none of these dogs are quite right for you, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Thank you for considering a rescue dog, there are so many in need, and they really are the most rewarding kind of dog you could wish for – you’ve saved a life, which is the most amazing feeling ever 🙂
