Dogs looking for new homes
As we’re still quite little right now (from what we aim to be), we’ll probably generally have up to half a dozen or so dogs in ourselves/foster at any one time, but if you are looking for an addition to your family and have a specific dog in mind then please contact us with your requirements, as we have many rescue contacts who can almost certainly help!
Currently (as of 14th December 2011), we have these gorgeous doggies looking for a new family to call their own:
Billy, a very sweet little Norfolk terrier, he is overweight but we are sorting this out with a vet diet food that we will provide until he is back to what he should be! Billy is around 4 years old, he’s currently in foster in Solihull with the lovely Zack but really needs his forever home to settle into; please get in touch to discuss whether that could be you! More info here.
Dave, a simply stunning calm greyhound boy who we currently have in foster in Solihull, is also looking for his perfect forever home. Some more great pictures of this really perfect boy, and more details of how he came into our care, can be found here; please email right now if you’d like a seriously laid back dog
Delilah, another beautiful if slightly more energetic greyhound girl. She is literally the most loving dog you could ever come across, as you can see
She is still waiting to be neutered so isn’t available just yet, but please contact us to show your interest and arrange to meet her, with a view to reserving her.
Storm, a very pretty 7 month old lurcher (her dad was a greyhound; mum a whippet/collie x), again waiting to be neutered in the very near future, she is available to meet (she’s with us in Walsall) and reserve right now. A really lovely older puppy, with pretty good manners already, brilliant on the lead and completely house-trained, please get in touch now to show your interest in this stunningly cute girl.
Shadow, who is the brother of Storm, quite obviously as you can see he is almost identical! He is being castrated tomorrow (Tuesday 13th) then after recuperating will be available; at this moment we are still deciding whether or not to re-home this pair together. They generally absolutely love each other, I have loads of pictures where they are lying almost on top of each other, but on occasion their play does get a bit out of hand! This is probably because they are like typical teenage siblings right now, they do love our other dogs too, so I guess we will see who comes forward. Please contact us for more information and to make his cheeky acquaintance!
Tigger, a very depressed, emaciated lad when he was taken from the pound recently (pictured here), just before he was about to be put to sleep. Tigger is currently being fostered and he is so loved there we think his foster mum is going to be unable to let him go, what a shame
By all means let us know though if you like the look of him, and if he becomes available we’ll be in touch – or find you a similar dog, god knows there are absolutely tons like poor Tigger desperately in need of a loving forever home!
Ruby, a 20 month old very unusual little girl! I have to say she is the first ‘joxer’ or ‘roxer’ (can’t quite decide but both sound pretty silly!) I have ever seen… don’t let her hear you say it, but she was a *mistake*. Apparently dad was a gorgeous white boxer and mum a brown Jack Russell terrier… result, one stunningly pretty girl! Please click here to find out more. Ruby will be available for rehoming from this weekend, with all the usual checks we carry out; we wouldn’t want any child to think that she was just another Christmas present!
We will be adding Roxy, the lovely little staffy girl, over the weekend once we’ve got to know her a little bit. Please contact us with your details if you’d like to get to the top of the queue for her!
